Dec 24th ♥ 相葉雅紀 (Aiba Masaki)

Aiba-chan joined the agency in August 1996. This proud resident of Chiba used to watch SMAP playing basketball in TV so he thought of joining JE just so he could play with them, that’s how air-headed he is. He was raised by his grandparents while his parents worked in the family’s Chinese restaurant, he loves his family and plays shiritori with them as soon as they get into the car, they all love riddle games.

He found out about his debut only 3 days before the actual day, then became part of 嵐 -arashi- in 1999. He is the first member  to regularly participate in a variety show not primarily hosted by Arashi, that is 天才！志村どうぶつ園 -Tensai Shimura Dobutsuen- where he can show his animal lover side.

In music, he used to play wind instruments such as saxophones and harmonicas, but due to his poor lungs and 2 episodes of pneumothorax he can no longer play saxophone. His solos are still full of light and energy.

He can’t do a wink.
